Your set up and decoration is included in these time slots, so that if you reserve from 5:00 pm to midnight, you can start setting up at 5:00 pm.
Your pick up and clean up is included in these time slots, so that if you reserve from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, you need to have everything cleaned up and put up by 5:00 pm.
If your reservation ends at midnight, you must have everything cleaned up and put up by 2:00 am.
A $150 deposit will be required to secure a date.
Please note that hay/straw & glitter are not allowed inside the Civic Center. We also ask that you do not staple anything to the tables, walls or woodwork. We also ask that you do not stand on tables or chairs. If you require a ladder to decorate, you will need to provide your own.
