Your set up and decoration is included in these time slots, so that if you reserve from 5:00 pm to midnight, you can start setting up at 5:00 pm.
Your pick up and clean up is included in these time slots, so that if you reserve from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, you need to have everything cleaned up and put up by 5:00 pm.
If your reservation ends at midnight, you must have everything cleaned up and put up by 2:00 am.
A $150 deposit will be required to secure a date.
Please note that hay/straw & glitter are not allowed inside the Civic Center. We also ask that you do not staple anything to the tables, walls or woodwork.
